Event Details
Arrival: Please arrive on time for your shift to receive instruction on assignments. Report to the Volunteer Checkin table. Remember which event you signed up for, as each event will break off after general orientation. Plan on staying until your shift is completed. If you plan to volunteer all day, be sure and take a ticket from Shift A and Shift B.
Parking: General parking is available at the venue.
Lunch: Will be provided for all volunteers. Water will also be available.
Attire: Please dress for comfort and mobility. Wear comfortable shoes - you will be on your feet most of the time.
Special Olympics Texas has a no pet policy at Games! Only service animals will be allowed into the stadium.
If all tickets for this meet have been taken, please come anyway and we will find a place for you to volunteer.
